Damages

Modero is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Modero is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping  are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to MODERO and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.

International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12PM EST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. Returns are not free for international customers.

Please make sure your address is correct, as any carrier returns due to an  incorrect address, will be  the customer’s responsibility.
